Novedex Xtreme by Gaspari Nutrition is an anti-estrogen product that also helps your body to raise its testosterone levels naturally. It also claims to boost libido. Novedex Xtreme contains two different types of anti-aromatase supplements. Hydroxyandrost-4-ene-6,17-dioxo-3-THP ether which is an anti-aromatase to which 3,6,17-androstenetrione is also a prohormone. This compound has a prolonged effect in the human body so you only need to take it once per day as opposed to several times per day with other supplement anti-estrogens or anti-aromatases. The other supplement is called 3,17-diketo-androst-1,4,6-triene which is actually close to three times more potent than 3,6,17-andostenetrione in stopping the production of estrogen, making it a very potent aromatase inhibitor. The combination of a long acting anti-aromatase with a potent anti-aromatase makes Novedex Xtreme a very effective product. I do not condone the use of steroids but if that is the route you wish to take then you should look into a product like Novedex Xtreme for when you complete your cycle.
Novedex Xtreme vs. the competition
Novedex Xtreme is priced at $34.99 per 60 count bottle. The only natural anti-estrogen product out that is comparable to Novedex is 6-OXO by Ergopharm. Both products are in the same price range and work well however Novedex has a slightly better formulation. Most steroid users take one of two pharmaceutical anti-estrogen products, Nolvadex and Clomid, when they come off a cycle. Nolvadex is a drug mainly used to treat breast cancer while Clomid is used as a fertility drug. Products like Novedex Xtreme offer a natural option for reducing estrogen levels. I couldn’t honestly tell you which works better for a post-cycle remedy because I have never tried steroids but Novedex Xtreme has no reported side effects like the pharmaceuticals mentioned before. Rich Gaspari, the owner, is a former world class bodybuilder that was a 3 time runner up in the Mr. Olympia contest. Other Gaspari Nutrition products include Ketoburn7 and SuperPump 250. Ketoburn7 is their fat burner and SuperPump 250 is their super effective NO/Creatine formulation. I look forward to seeing more products down the road from Gaspari Nutrition. Novedex Xtreme is a niche product that may work great put I am not sure what type of consumer Gaspari Nutrition is going after here. After all, if someone is taking steroids they obviously don’t have a problem taking pharmaceutical grade drugs. Why would they care about taking a natural post-cycle aid?
