Moderate at best. Relacore is one the most popular weight loss products out on the market. I’m sure you’ve seen there ads on TV periodically throughout the day. Relacore makes claims to reduce stress and shrink belly fat. This is done by reducing the amount of cortisol your body produces. Cortisol is a hormone that is naturally produced and released in your body when you experience abnormal amounts of stress. When cortisol is released into your body it causes a breakdown of muscle proteins which then in turn raises your blood sugar levels. This eventually causes your body to store fat. I don’t doubt the concept behind this product because I did my research and this is really something that happens to your body. However I have gotten mixed reviews of Relacore. When I tried it I didn’t notice any less stress or for that matter any significant weight loss. I did hear from some people that Relacore worked great for them. Listen, if you diet correctly and have a regular exercise routine, most weight loss supplements will help at least a little bit. Products like Relacore are meant to help SUPPORT weight loss, not do all the work for you.
Relacore vs. the competition
There are several cortisol reducing products like Relacore that have hit the market over the last few years. Cortiloss by Delmar Labs is the value buy at $19.99 per 60 count bottle. It produces mild results and you won’t find a cortisol reducer for a cheaper price. The premier product that produced the best results for me was Cortidrene by Wellspring Labs. It’s the most expensive at $37.99 per 60 count bottle. Compared to Relacore at $33.99 per 90 count bottle Cortidrene is the better value. As far as reducing stress levels I didn’t notice any significant difference with any of these products. Relacore is a decent product if you want to shed a few pounds but how much weight you loss depends on you.
In conclusion…
With all the weight loss products on the market, it’s hard to distinguish between which ones work and which ones don’t. I have tried several cortisol reducers and I will say that none of them produce results unless taken correctly. By this I mean that you must take the product for an extended period of time with a good diet and a steady exercise routine. Which product you take depends tremendously on your eating habits. They can only do so much, the rest is up to you.
